Below we describe why we gather certain information, what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we use the information for.
What information do we gather?
We ring you up to get your credit cards details. You send us, on the order form, your postal address, email address and phone number in order for us to send the product to you. As we usually email you to check that you've received the product, it is important that you include that on your order form. If you are ordering a product as a gift, please include that information in the Comments box. We DO NOT under any circumstance make such information available to any third parties
Corrections
If you would like to update or correct information previously provided to us, please send an e-mail to orders@plantagenda.com.au outlining your change in details, preferably including both your previous details as well as your new details, and we will update your records accordingly.
Your Consent and Changes to this Policy
Subject to the above provisions, by using our Web site, you consent to the collection and use of information by us and the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time and we will post those changes so that you are always aware of what information we collect, and how we use it.
