This handy folder includes the CD-ROM, the Seed Bible, and a set of plans for constructing your own waist high - no-dig elevated garden. You can also use this folder to keep other articles you might collect from magazines and learning material organised within the one place.
The "Seed Bible" is a cross reference booklet which explains aspects such as:
- When to plant what vegetables.
- Best planting months for herbs.
- Good companion plants for your vegetables.
- Bad neighbours for your vegetables which should be avoided.
The Seed Bible also contains a section on Alleopathy, the scientific name given to companion planting, another way of saying you have 'organically grown vegetables'.
The included CD-ROM includes educational information about vegetables and gardening, along with recipes you can cook, nutritional information about vegetables, handy hints, recipes for organic sprays, soil mixes and composting made easy, as well as pictures of all the regular vegetables and herbs so that you can learn to identify them easily.
The CD-ROM can also be used to find the first month of planting for each vegetable you wish to plant, and will also tell you how long it takes for each plant to bear, along with good companion plants that can go together, and plants that will be enemies with each other and shouldn't be planted together, and lots lots more.
